Shared leadership is fundamentally interlinked with collaborative practice. The SHN is at the forefront of action research into shared leadership practice and collaborative practice as the foundation of organisation within schools.

We write and research exclusive reports and case studies on shared leadership and in-depth interviews with current co-heads available only to our members.
