We are four committed school leaders, parents and community members. We founded SHN in 2017 to address issues around flexible working and leadership shortages in education. We hosted our first conference and launched our unique shared-leadership matching tool in 2019.

We have a growing membership of talented, ambitious and passionate individuals. We are a community who strives to end educational inequality by coaching and providing opportunities for outstanding leaders.
